ArtsClub’s Studio Nights offer a hands-on approach to learning about the materials and techniques of iconic modern and contemporary artists.
In the 1920s in Paris, the Surrealist artists invented a series of games, designed to help them access their unconscious minds and expand their imaginations. In this session, you’ll learn about French Surrealism and the artistic techniques and games used by its members, like Salvador Dalí, Joan Miró and Max Ernst. Then you’ll play collaborative Surrealist Games and make your own dream-like artworks.
Tickets on sale for a limited time to celebrate the opening of ArtsClub’s new East Village studio.
Includes lesson, art materials and wine.
