Khaki will begin with an introduction on the science of sound healing, and highlight how to connect with the astrological energies of this full moon in Gemini.  Then you will lay back, relax, and surrender to pure healing tones in a deeply restorative sound bath. The experience is designed to release tension and anxiety while promoting cellular-level rejuvenation.

Bring a yoga mat, eye mask (optional), and wear your comfiest clothes. We encourage you to BYO pillow, blanket, and even crystals/special objects that you’d like to charge. A journal is optional but recommended to write down any insights.
